Responsibilities
1. Facilitate the requirement sessions and estimations with projects
2. Review the project deliverables and project status regularly
3. Contribute to daily stand ups and weekly retrospectives
4. Develop and maintain test schedules and manage resourcing
5. Manage project risks
6. Provide weekly reports and project closure reports
7. Manage end - to - end NFT test delivery
8. Liaise with Senior Management and Project Team to ensure business standards and frameworks are enforced
9. Provide mentoring, coaching and operational support to team
10. Issue and escalation management
11. Delivery of test metrics, KPIs and continuous improvements
Qualifications
12. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
13. Additional course or certification in Quality Engineering
Desirable:
14. Certification in NFT such as LoadRunner, MSVS, IAAP, OSCP, CREST, etc
15. DORA knowledge/expertise (DCCS)

Over 10 years of experience providing leadership in managing E2E testing ideally in banking or similar domain
