About the Role
A key driver and champion is sought to support people in living fulfilling, self-determined lives. The Person In Charge (PIC) will lead daily operations in collaboration with their line manager, acting as a central communicator for families, multidisciplinary teams, senior management, and the community.

Requirements
* Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care, Applied Social Care, or Nursing (Intellectual Disability, Psychiatric, General, or Children's).
* Relevant Management qualification.
* CORU registration (where applicable).
* Full, clean driving license and own transport (manual).
* 3+ years in a managerial healthcare role.
* Knowledge of HIQA standards and certification.
* Strong organisational, analytical, and time management skills.
* Proven leadership ability and experience in resource planning.
