Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Management:
* Source and screen candidates across various channels, including email, LinkedIn, and social media.
* Coach candidates for success, offering CV advice and interview preparation.
* Maintain clear communication and aligned expectations for both clients and candidates.
Client Collaboration:
* Match exceptional talent with roles that fit their skills and experience.
* Utilize innovative sourcing methods, including Boolean and social media searches.
* Navigate the entire hiring process, from initial contact to final offer.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree.
* Fluent in English and German (additional European languages are a plus).
* 6-12 months of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (desirable but not mandatory).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A positive attitude and passion for helping others.
