Job Title: HR Officer
Located in Antrim, this is a full-time, permanent opportunity.
About the Role:
We are partnering with a manufacturing client to find an experienced HR Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate within key HR functions, including recruitment, absence management and performance processes.
* Handle investigations, grievances, staff contracts and coordinate occupational health.
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified to degree level in Human Resources or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong organisational skills, knowledge of current employment legislation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
