Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Senior Office Administrator in North Co. Dublin.
This is a permanent, full time role.
Hybrid opportunity - two days at home.
Salary up to €43,000 DOE.
Main duties:
1. Maintain confidential and sensitive information, exercising discretion at all times.
2. Oversee all office administration tasks and support/deputise for the Finance & Operations Manager.
3. Proactive trouble shooting including IT, HR and other administration related issues.
4. Manage documentation, records, filing systems, cyber security updates/policy and communication with staff and clients.
5. Provide PA support to the Managing Director.
6. Arrange and organise travel for all staff, including visas etc.
7. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
8. Liaise with various external service providers including insurance, travel, office supplies etc. as and when required in relation to levels of service/cover, quality and pricing.
9. Assist in preparing and distributing company-wide communications.
10. Proactively manage and prioritise requests and streamline administration workflows to enhance productivity across the business.
11. Support the accounts team with financial processes (20% of the role).
Main requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of senior office administration experience.
* Proficient in Sage (an advantage), CRM applications (an advantage), and MS Office suite, including SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Dynamic, highly motivated individual with a can-do attitude and the ability to work independently.
* Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and prioritisation skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
