Alter Domus is currently seeking a new Senior Associate to join our Credit & Structured Products teams in our Cork offices.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Ensure cash reconciliation is sent to the client.
2. Review and approve daily reporting.
3. Ensure input and review occur and trades are input in a timely fashion.
4. Assist with new client onboardings.
5. Coordinate with client on daily deliverables and ensure team is fully aware of all client daily deliverables and expectations.
6. Assume responsibility for training and development of all C&SP staff.
7. Ownership of process improvement and final delivery of solutions.
8. Take on full invoice process from request to client delivery.
9. Ensure timeframes and deliverables agreed with Client and Debt Managers are met.
10. Demonstrate ability to prioritize, complete, and delegate tasks while providing high attention to detail and excellent customer service.
11. Apply experience and understanding of market and best practices when managing transactions and communicating with other parties involved.
12. Oversee procedures and review process of Analyst/Associate staff.
YOUR PROFILE
13. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics preferred.
14. 4+ years of professional experience within a business or finance-related capacity.
15. Knowledge of loan operations, private debt, or loan securitization with product knowledge and/or customer service experience.
16. Experience in direct management and training of team members preferred.
17. Ability to independently research and resolve problems.
18. Responsive, friendly, professional, highly organized, and superb communication.
19. Solid Microsoft Excel experience.
20. Knowledge or familiarity with Bloomberg, performance systems, and other loan research and analysis tools a plus.
21. Exceptional attention to detail and able to thrive within a high-volume data-entry environment with both proficiency and accuracy.
22. Demonstrated willingness to work within a deadline-driven environment.
