Job Title: Credit Controller

A credit controller role has become available within our organisation, offering a permanent position with full-time hours.


The Role:

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, branches, and the sales team.
* Risk review of existing and new customers to ensure the correct credit limits are applied and adhered to.
* Manage process for credit override requests to ensure a smooth order to cash process for customers and branches.
* Daily review of credit account queries ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.


Requirements:

* Two years experience in a Credit Control environment.
* Experience of dealing with customers in person and on the phone.
* Experience of checking credit references for insurance and managing credit limits set on accounts.
