Role: Learning & Development Lead
This role is a hands-on Learning and Development (L+D) position that requires experience in executing global strategy while supporting regional developmental needs and leading a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Consult and advise HR and senior leaders on learning, organizational development, coaching, and talent priorities across global offices.
* Collaborate across the business to develop solutions promoting strong organizational connectedness, supporting global alignment, and helping leaders navigate change.
* Partner with the global L+D team to identify solutions for regional needs and ensure direction alignment.
* SUPPORT STRATEGIC TEAM DEVELOPMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL DESIGN IN PARTNERSHIP WITH SENIOR LEADERS IN THE FIRM.
* Provide targeted coaching using common assessment tools for leaders and employees to help them reach their potential and maximize performance and impact.
* Design, develop, and implement programs and initiatives aligning with business goals and tailoring content to specific client needs.
* FACILITATE WORKSHOPS, LEARNING EVENTS (WITH A FOCUS ON MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT), AND MEETINGS WITH SENIOR LEADERS AND TEAMS.
Requirements:
* Solid hands-on experience in Learning and Development, OD, or similar roles with leadership responsibilities.
* Experience coaching, consulting with, and advising senior leaders; ideally the candidate should have either corporate, in-house, or coaching experience.
* Experience supporting and leading change management and organizational design initiatives.
* Bachelor's degree and coaching certification required.
* Outstanding consultative and partnering skills including excellent listening and questioning skills.
* Proven ability to collaborate with subject matter experts to build scalable, high-impact, mission-driven training programs.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and balance needs of the regional office with the direction of the global L+D function.
