Business Change Integration Project Manager
Due to recent M&A activity, we are now seeking project management candidates to come in and lead the seamless integration of two companies. This pivotal role involves developing and executing a comprehensive integration plan across multiple workstreams, including Finance, Operations, Logistics, IT, and HR. The successful candidate will ensure that all aspects of the integration are delivered on time, within budget, and that key risks are identified and mitigated.
* Location – Hybrid with at least 3 days in the office based in Ballymount, Dublin 12.
* The position is an initial 6 month contract (FTC or DRC) role and covers company, systems, and reporting integration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Integration Planning: Develop and manage a detailed project plan encompassing all integration activities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with workstream leads across Finance, Operations, Logistics, IT, and HR to synchronize efforts and address integration challenges.
* Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to IT security, budgeting, compliance, and financial reporting; develop and implement mitigation strategies.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns promptly.
* Workshop Facilitation: Organize and lead workshops in Ireland and the UK to drive integration initiatives and foster collaborative solutions.
* Performance Monitoring: Track progress against project milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and adjust plans as necessary to achieve goals.
Experience:
Proven track record in project management – change management – Operating Models - Project planning and execution (company-wide integration projects is a bonus), preferably in the manufacturing / motor industry (experience in M&A would be ideal).
The ideal candidate will work with the business units, challenge them, influence them, and drive the strategic change.

* Problem-Solving: Adept at identifying issues proactively and implementing effective solutions in a dynamic environment.
Note - Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel between Ireland and the UK as required to support integration activities.
