Grade IV Human Resource Clerical Officer
We are recruiting for a Grade IV Human Resource Clerical Officer to join our team in Limerick.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the efficient day-to-day administration of area of responsibility.
* Maintain confidentiality of documentation, records, etc.
* Maximise the use of technology in ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
* Support the preparation and issuing of office documentation (correspondence, reports, etc.) to the highest possible standard.
Customer Service:
* Promote and maintain a customer focused environment.
* Treat service users with dignity and respect.
* Act on feedback from service users / customers.
Human Resources / Supervision of Staff:
* Co-operate with other teams and disciplines.
* Maintain archives and records accurately.
* Participate in projects / initiatives as assigned.
Standards, Policies, Procedures and Legislation:
* Maintain knowledge of employer policies, procedures, guidelines and practices.
* Stay up to date with relevant regulations and legislation.
* Ensure consistent adherence to procedures within area of responsibility.
Requirements:
* Experience of working within a HR environment.
* A good working knowledge of SAP HR and other reporting tools is desirable.
* Excellent MS Office skills including Word, Excel and Power Point.
* Professional Knowledge of relevant legislation.
Please note: This role requires Garda Vetting and Foreign Police Clearance if applicable. The successful candidate will be required to engage in a shortlisting process and training will be provided.
