Our client, an independent audio visual company based in Tallaght, is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to become part of their growing business.
Requirements:
1. Min. of 3 years sales admin experience
2. Strong PC skills
3. Strong Excel Experience (Essential)
4. Strong sales and purchasing administration experience (Essential)
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Ability to work as part of a team as well as make decisions and work independently
The Role Will Include:
1. Answering phone calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner.
2. PA duties to the company director.
3. Working closely with the operations, sales, and accounts team members.
4. Assisting the team in maintaining department files.
5. Procurement and liaising with suppliers regarding pricing and lead time.
6. Day to day/weekly organizing of all engineers' schedules.
7. Updating in-house system for on-road engineers.
8. Creation and updating of sales quotes.
9. Updating sales quotes on in-house accounts system.
10. Logging of all hardware for projects and day-to-day installations.
11. Preparation of reports for clients post-works.
12. Updating of company website and social media.
13. Maintaining of online store.
14. Ad hoc duties as they arise.
