Package Details

We cater to a staff restaurant and Cafe Area within a well-known site in Galway, Ireland, as part of a large business. This offers plenty of opportunity for future career progression. We have a large team of up to 8 Chefs, with great public transport links and a convenient location, approximately a 10-minute walk from the nearest bus station and a 20-minute walk from the nearest train station.
Job Responsibilities
As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for cooking fresh produce to spec, training junior members of the team, and running your own section to support catering needs. You will generally work Monday to Friday but may occasionally need to support weekends to cover annual leave.
