This role manages multiple stakeholder relationships globally and regionally across the HR organisation and provides guidance on the delivery and execution of locally based initiatives and business objectives. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an innovative culture as the Dublin Tech Hub grows and scales.We are looking for an exceptional HR professional to support the various business management teams to achieve their business goals, through the implementation and adjustment of corporate/regional HR strategies, initiatives, guidelines, processes and systems across all HR areas, including: resourcing, talent acquisition, cultural change, talent management development and succession planning, compensation and employee relations.RoleManage and deliver core HR services to people managers on site and across the globe consistent with the HR operating plan, core services include:Coaching and development; identifying programmes and learning initiativesTalent Management Support; Workforce Planning, Talent Planning and Succession PlanningManage and communicate standardized processes and tools (e.g. position management, performance management, talent planning, compensation planning)Data analytics reportingPartner cross-functionally with business unit executives, Global HRBPs and other HR teams to identify and set short and long-term HR metrics based on business plans and local business goalsPartner with people managers to ensure alignment and implementation of business and HR strategies, policies and programmes, and create and deliver cost effective HR solutions for business issuesPromote a consumer-driven HR function; oversee and lead efforts to ensure employee advocacyIn partnership with the VP, HRBP, provide guidance and advice to business unit executives to implement performance management processes and change management initiativesServe as subject matter expert for local labor and employment regulatory environment and reviews HR strategies to ensure compliancePartner with people managers and the talent acquisition team on hiring decisions and onboarding processesActively participate and engage with our Business Resource Groups to help define initiatives in alignment with corporate and business objectives e.g. Women's Leadership Network, Pride and Sports & Social etc.Act as a liaison to build linkages and partnerships with our Shared Services Centre and Centres of ExcellenceConduct onboarding and program workshops consistent with global initiativesOffer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
