Customer Support Representative (French)

We are currently seeking a dynamic Customer Support Representative based in Ireland. By joining us, you'll have the opportunity to assist and support the players of games enjoyed by millions of people worldwide.
Tasks:
1. Being a go-to expert who provides tech support for our free-to-play mobile games’ multiple platforms (manage player tickets with the help of support engineers)
2. Engaging with a global player base, offering technical advice and assistance
3. Identifying, prioritizing, and swiftly resolving issues, collaborating with diverse departments such as production, QA, design, programming, legal, and marketing for seamless solutions
4. Using your research skills to come up with solutions and enhance our support services
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
2. Excellent communication skills in French, both verbal and written
3. A knack for swiftly grasping technical concepts and explaining them to users with different levels of technical expertise
4. Experience playing mobile games is preferred
