* The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle diagnostic systems, timing belt replacement, clutch changes, gearbox, and engine work.
* They must be able to run the garage independently when the owner is off.
Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake services.
* Diagnose and repair complex issues with vehicles, using advanced diagnostic equipment and technical knowledge.
* Assist with customer service, answering questions and providing estimates for repairs.
* Keep accurate records of work completed and communicate effectively with customers.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years experience as a qualified mechanic or motor vehicle technician.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexible schedule, with occasional Saturdays required.
