We are now inviting applications for the position of Senior Product Manager in the Musgrave Retail Partners Ireland Digital Product Management Team.
This position is located in the Republic of Ireland, we have offices in Dublin and Cork.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the following:
Insights Driven: You are uncompromisingly customer focused. You use customer insight to ensure a deep understanding of our customers’ problems, define the correct priorities to tackle and create a clear brief. Analytically, you use data to inform decision-making and uncover new product opportunities. You understand the competitive landscape and industry trends and use this understanding to identify sustainable competitive advantages. This Insights Driven approach allows you to represent customer needs accurately and fairly, to validate commercial viability and to easily document prioritization decisions and create roadmaps, all of which can create the best possible value for Musgrave Brands.

You have a stubborn focus on understanding, refining and articulating the problem (or opportunity) your team is solving and you ensure the team around you are oriented around the problem and able to explain it too. You ensure this understanding and articulation is continually evolved and improved. You ship the whole customer experience, this includes working across the business (e.g. collaborating with UX, marketing, sales, customer service etc) to ensure that we are set up for success from the moment we release. You ship to learn, you identify the biggest assumptions and risks to build clear hypotheses for learning. You evangelize the product management method across the business.

The successful candidate will possess the following:
* A third level qualification in IT, Product Management or equivalent.
* A minimum of 5+ years relevant user experience in mobile and web applications in a Digital Commerce/Retail environment with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions in previous digital projects. This role is specifically focused in Instore Technology domain – customer ordering, engagement and checkout. Instore technology experience is a plus.
* Working knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML5, CSS, etc.).
* Experience of working in agile teams.
* Experience managing external agencies and internal teams and are passionate about customer experience and making life simpler with technology.
* Skilled in project management, has an ability to deliver to tight deadlines while ensuring the customer needs is not forgotten.
* Excellent communication skills facilitating the building of strong cross-functional relationships and use the available expertise and experience to good effect.
* Strong influencer who can deliver at pace and manage stakeholders from a non-technology background.
* A full Irish drivers license and own transport.
