Responsibilities:
As a key member of the engineering team, you will:
* Design and develop new medical devices, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
* Evaluate products and processes, maintaining detailed records.
* Identify and source raw materials, components, and suppliers.
* Fabricate prototypes and conduct rigorous testing.
* Collaborate with customers and project managers to align project goals.
* Mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives for products and processes.
Requirements:
We’re looking for candidates with:
* A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, or a related engineering discipline.
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the medical device industry.
* Proficiency in high-end CAD systems, particularly SolidWorks.
* A hands-on approach to design and fabrication with strong problem-solving skills.
