Who Can Apply?
The manager is open to candidates at Grade 3, Grade 4, and Grade 5 levels, depending on experience and suitability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.
2. Manage correspondence, data entry, and file maintenance.
3. Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
4. Handle queries from staff, patients, and external stakeholders.
5. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all administrative tasks.
Essential Requirements:
1. Previous clerical or administrative experience, ideally in a healthcare or public sector setting.
2. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
3. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
5. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
