We are seeking an experienced and motivated freelance recruiter to support our hiring needs. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Dutch and English (other languages are a plus!) and have a proven track record of identifying and engaging top talent for various roles.
Responsibilities:
* Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for diverse positions.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies.
* Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
* Manage job postings and actively search for potential candidates through various channels.
* Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a recruiter (agency or in-house), ideally in a freelance or remote capacity.
* Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential (written and spoken).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
