We are looking for an Enterprise Partnerships Manager to drive strategic partnerships across the European market. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and managing relationships with third-party companies that can integrate and resell our payment platform to their clients.
Successful candidates will have a strong background in B2B sales, partnerships, and enterprise-level solution selling within fintech, payments, or SaaS. You will play a crucial role in expanding our partner network, supporting their growth, and maximising market adoption of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish and cultivate relationships with potential reseller and white-label partners, such as payroll providers, accountancy firms or other professional services companies.
* Lead negotiations and contract structuring to ensure partnerships are commercially viable and mutually beneficial.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to expand partnerships and increase revenue through third-party distribution.
* Monitor partnership performance, analyse key metrics, and optimise engagement strategies to drive long-term success.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Legal, and Marketing, to ensure smooth onboarding and market activation.
* Provide partners with the necessary tools, training, and support to effectively promote and integrate the platform.
* Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes within the European fintech and payments industry.
Qualifications & Experience
* At least 8 years of experience in enterprise sales, B2B partnerships, or channel sales within fintech, payments, or SaaS.
* Proven track record in reseller or white-label partnerships, with a history of driving revenue growth.
* Strong commercial acumen, with expertise in structuring, negotiating, and executing partnership agreements.
* Established industry connections within key sectors, such as payroll, accounting, or corporate financial services, would be an advantage.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are beneficial.
