Job Title: Line Manager
We are currently seeking to appoint a number of Line Managers in Youghal, covering Operations and Customer Experience roles. These positions will report to the Deputy Manager and ensure that we serve Ireland's shoppers better every day.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create an inspiring and welcoming environment for colleagues and customers
* Be responsible for the store when the Store Manager/Deputy Manager is not present
* Ensure team members are fully trained and validated in their role
* Foster a culture of two-way communication, trust, and collaboration
* Counsel and manage colleagues to enable them to deliver daily priorities
* Review reports and systems to improve customer and colleague experiences
* Drive a culture of zero food waste and effective inventory management
* Recruit top talent for our team, focusing on candidates passionate about customer satisfaction
* Implement cleaning specifications and lead by example
* Manage stock control activities, warehouse layout, and processes for efficient operations
* Identify and address pricing discrepancies and customer complaints
* Optimize front-end operations to minimize customer queuing
* Recognize and reward excellent customer service and address poor performance when necessary
Requirements:
* Demonstrated track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
* Adaptability, agility, and influence at senior levels
* Previous retail experience preferred in a similar role
