Alltrans, part of the DANX Carousel Group, are growing their Client Services team. We are looking for a Client Services Advisor to join the team at the Huntstown Business Park, Dublin 11 Offices.
This is an exciting new role at a fast-paced, quickly growing company.
Our Mission:
To provide an exceptional client experience via all communication channels as the first point of contact to our clients and suppliers where ‘going the extra mile’ is part of the daily activity. To take ownership of all client enquiries both new and follow up, with a focus on providing first contact resolution or help whilst positively managing expectations.
What do we look for?
* Customer service expertise (experience in a fast-paced logistics environment preferable but not essential).
* Outstanding knowledge of systems.
* Demonstrable experience of proactive client relationship management.
* Highly developed organisational skills.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* Continuous improvement mindset – embracing, suggesting and implementing process improvements.
* Ability to work cross-functionally to manage enquiries into the team and support in the spirit of collaboration to manage the client experience.
