Job Title: Experienced Social Care Professional

The ideal candidate will possess a qualification at level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Teaching, Nursing, Childcare with disability modules (or other relevant discipline).
Experience working in a residential, respite, or day service setting with people with intellectual disabilities is essential.
Registration with CORU as a Social Care Worker is required, either currently registered or in the process of registration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality person-centred care in a home-like environment.
* Support residents in maintaining their social, religious, and recreational activities.
* Ensure seamless communication and connection between residents and their families and friends.
