Metro Hotel Dublin Airport is currently recruiting an experienced Food & Beverage Director.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will convey a positive and professional image of the hotel to both customers and colleagues in an efficient, friendly, and helpful manner, while ensuring that all duties are conducted to required standards.
Scope and General Purpose:
Through effective leading, planning, and organizing, ensure that the hotel’s Food & Beverage and Conference departments objectives are achieved in terms of revenue levels, high quality standards of products and service, profitability, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction. In doing so, cooperate with all work colleagues to create and maintain a safe and secure environment for all our guests, visitors, and employees.
