Overview
Vision Built are seeking an experienced accounts assistance to join our Finance Team.
Established in 2012 and acquired by Sisk in 2019, Vision Built is an offsite manufacturing business delivering 3D Category 1 volumetric modular and 2D Category 2 panelised solutions to Ireland and the UK, delivering across multiple sectors including residential, education, health, commercial and technology.
Responsibilities
1. Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and approval.
2. Engaging across functions/departments to clear invoice queries.
3. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
4. Prepare and process payments.
5. Record banking transactions in the accounting system.
6. Collaborate with other departments to support financial processes.
7. Assist with ad-hoc finance projects and administrative tasks.
Experience
1. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
2. Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in an accounting software package (e.g., Sage etc).
4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
5. A proactive and team-oriented approach to work.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
1. 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
2. Knowledge of Irish tax regulations (VAT, RCT) is an advantage.
