Our Client, a large Manufacturing Multinational, requires a Customer Service Administrator for its site in North Dublin.
Salary: to €38k DOE

The Role:
* Manage Customer sales order requirements.
* Work closely with Production and Logistics team to ensure customer orders are meeting on time delivery requirements.
* Prepare Customer business reviews to ensure site performance keeps on track with targets.
* Work closely with a third-party freight partner to manage supply to point of use.
* Lead any customer escalations with Production, Engineering, and Quality to issue resolution.
* Manage daily operational reviews.
Experience for this role:
* BA in Business, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or similar.
* 3-5 years’+ experience gained in a similar position within a busy office environment.
* Good MS Office skills including Excel.
* Have a flexible approach, a friendly disposition and the ability to work well as part of a team.
* Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
