We are focused on ensuring that each of the five pillars of our sustainability strategy are a fundamental part of our decision-making process.Main duties and responsibilities:Create and manage the brand’s social presence, ensuring engaging, brand-aligned content while overseeing paid and organic campaigns.Lead content development and influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.Develop and execute email and SMS marketing strategies, tracking performance and providing data-driven insights.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement marketing initiatives.Support store teams with digital marketing guidance and contribute to strategic planning and key updates.Analyse campaign performance and market trends to optimise strategies and drive continuous improvement.Application Requirements:Minimum 2 years’ experience in a brand/retail marketing role and a 3rd level qualification in Marketing/Digital Marketing.Strong understanding of digital marketing, consumer trends, and experience in paid social media marketing, including analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).Proven track record in planning and executing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including content creation and social media management.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Photoshop, Canva, and social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with internal and external teams.Full clean driver’s licence (role involves travel), flexible and hybrid working with regular in-office interactions in Support Office - Citywest
