Head of Hospitality
The Head of Hospitality oversees the day-to-day operations of catering, housekeeping, and front-of-house departments, ensuring seamless service delivery and high standards of guest experience.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supervise housekeepers to maintain highest cleanliness and presentation standards across all accommodation.
* Lead front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Coordinate hospitality for corporate bookings, including guest welcomes, exits, and room setups.
* Work with Activities Manager to execute hospitality aspects of corporate and group bookings.
* Manage room setup, guest interactions, and event experience from a hospitality perspective.
* Promote a culture of safety within the team, emphasizing guest and employee safety.
* Regularly review and update health and safety practices to ensure compliance.
* Act as General Manager when required, taking on additional responsibilities.

* Proven experience in hospitality management, ideally in high-volume environments.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to manage diverse teams.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Experience in managing guest relations, including corporate clients.
