Job Description:
Role Summary:
The Finance Administrator / Accounts Assistant is responsible for the preparation of monthly accounts, support in delivering the annual operations budget, and providing financial data and insights to key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly accounts (stock journals, accruals, and recharges) to meet deadlines.
* Support the delivery of the annual operations budget.
* Provide financial data and insights to the Finance Manager and other key stakeholders.
* Assist in preparing monthly reviews, identifying and explaining variances.
* Conduct analyses to drive financial improvements.
* Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Collaboration and Communication:
You will work closely with the Clonmel Finance Manager, Head of Manufacturing Finance, Clonmel General Manager, and the Clonmel Senior Leadership Team to drive financial success across the business.
Requirements:
* Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with financial and non-financial teams.

* Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
* Proven experience in preparing detailed financial analysis and variance reporting.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
