Job Description
Overview:
PM Group is a leading international engineering, architecture, project, and construction management firm. We deliver complex capital projects in various sectors including life sciences, food and beverages, mission critical/ICT, advanced manufacturing, energy, and environmental sectors.
Responsibilities:
* General administrative duties.
* Prepare for Tier meetings by creating dashboards, tracking holidays, and other relevant information.
* Update and maintain organizational charts for all CQV partners.
* Maintain email circulation groups and coordinate site visitors' appointments with vendors.
* Collate information for newsletters, manage holiday trackers, and ensure office supplies are available as needed.
* Support resources and new starters by organizing interviews, assisting candidates on-site, setting up printer access, and managing training curriculum.
* Assist with arranging hotel accommodation for team members relocating to Limerick for project execution phases.
* Document attendance records at safety toolbox talks, track Safepass, and ensure all team members have valid passes.
* Share safety communications with the CQV team and track hours expended by the team on-site.
* Submit weekly reports and control document-related tasks such as FAT documentation, project filing, scanning, and supporting vendors.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional office environment with a background in administration,
excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
a friendly, positive, and flexible attitude to work,
strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills,
and excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
