About the Role
We are seeking a Record Center Specialist to join our team at our Dublin facility.
* You will be responsible for managing and handling records and information stored in our facility.
* Ensuring the security and integrity of all records and information stored in our facility.
* Handling incoming and outgoing records and ensuring they are stored in the correct location.
* Conducting regular audits to ensure the accuracy of our records management system.
* Retrieving records for internal and external customers.
* Assisting with the destruction of records that have reached the end of their retention period.
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
* Prior experience in a records management or warehouse environment preferred, but not required.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication skills.
