Job Title: Part-time Telesales/Administrator
The Connolly Motor Group, an equal opportunities employer, is seeking a part-time Administrator to join the Business Development team in Volkswagen Sligo.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver premium customer service
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly administration tasks
* Input data onto the Kerridge (CRM) system
* Inbound and outbound calling
* Aftersales customer follow-up calls
* Direct follow-up calls to the correct department
* Liaise with relevant teams to ensure customer needs are met
* Ad hoc duties during busy periods
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of Administration experience
* Minimum Level 4 qualification, including Leaving Certificate/Leaving Certificate Applied/Vocation Programme
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Email)
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Previous target-driven telesales experience is a distinct advantage

This is a part-time role working Thursday and Friday, 9.00 to 5.30, at our Volkswagen Sligo location.
