Medical Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrator to join our team at Trim Primary Care Centre. The successful candidate will provide administrative and reception support to both staff and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer all in-coming calls and re-direct as appropriate
* Manage patient appointments
* Meet & greet all patients to the Practice
* Cash handling and issuing of receipts
* Maintain GMS records
* Prepare prescriptions
* Scan and file documents
Requirements:
* 2 years medical administration/reception/customer service experience required
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment is essential
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and telephone skills
* Strong Multi-Tasking Skills
* Computer literate in Word/Excel/E-mail
* Willingness to be a team player and an ability to work on own initiative
* Excellent organisational skills
* Flexible attitude to changing work practices

* Hours: 16 hours per week
* Working Pattern: Monday and Tuesday
* Commencement Date: As soon as possible

Estimated Salary:
€30,000 - €40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
