Job Title: Part Time Food and Beverage Server
Dromoland Castle is recruiting for a Part Time Food and Beverage server for the Fig Tree Restaurant, located on the grounds of Dromoland Castle Golf & Country Club.

Role Overview:
* Work 5 out of 7 days (Monday to Sunday)
* Provide excellent customer service and engagement
* Assist with private parties/corporate functions
* Assist with training of junior waiters/waitresses
* Support other Food & Beverage outlets on the Resort as needed
The Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum 1+ years working experience in a similar environment
* Friendly, chatty, and outgoing personality
* Well-organised and able to manage busy service periods
* Flexible working hours required
