This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and develop key accounts within European markets, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the company's mission of improving patient outcomes through innovative design.
What you'll do: Manage and develop distributors and customers in European markets, ensuring client satisfaction and achieving sales targets.Implement sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales goals.Lead opportunities along, negotiate and finalise deals.Work with internal parties to assist customers with Tendering Process.Track and report on account activity, providing monthly status updates to management.Advise customers on products, perform demos independently and devise solutions.Provide feedback from clients and users to various teams to continuously improve customer satisfaction.Conduct bi-weekly market research to identify new opportunities and competitors' strengths and weaknesses.Participate in conferences, industry events, and professional development activities.Coordinate with the Marketing team to develop strategies promoting products and services.What you bring: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a similar regulatory industry or in the Life Science sector.Proven track record of achievement in the last three years.Fluency in spoken and written English.Excellent communication skills, including effective relationship management.Strong presentation skills, including the ability to create proposals tailored to customer needs.Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.What sets this company apart: Our client is a global leader in the medical devices industry, committed to developing effective solutions for infection prevention that prioritise user needs.
