Job Description: Executive Personal Assistant
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Personal Assistant to provide next-level support to our CEO and Operations Director.
This role is part of a small team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of operations at our Multinational Telecommunications company.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the CEO and Operations Director, working unsupervised on day-to-day duties and tasks.
* Prioritize work, utilizing time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
* Work effectively under pressure, multi-tasking with a strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
* Proactively identify and take on tasks, providing regular feedback on status.
* Develop and maintain relationships with all levels of stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Prior experience assisting C-Level executives, with excellent administration skills.
* A clean driving license and access to own vehicle.
* Advanced PC skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with high accuracy.
* Experience with organizing Outlook calendar/email inbox management, specifically on behalf of others.
Key Skills:
* Calendaring and scheduling meetings/appointments/events.
* Making travel arrangements, including booking flights/hotels/transportation/preparing itineraries.
* Email management, drafting responses on behalf of the CEO & Operations Director.
* Meeting/conference coordination, preparing agendas/logistics/materials.
* Digital/physical filing system maintenance, information/document/file organization.
