The focus of the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Car park Contracts Manager to take on this challenging role.
The holder of this position will be ultimately responsible for managing existing contracts to ensure performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are in line with business and client expectations.
The role will initially focus on two sites potentially expanding as the successful applicant develops.
Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of the contract and serve as the primary point of contact between the business and the client.
* Client Management: Develop a working relationship through clear, honest, and open communication.
* Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve all goals and targets.
* KPI Management: Collaborate with on-site Supervisors to ensure we meet our obligations under the contract.
* Reporting: Provide scheduled reports as agreed and ad-hoc reports as requested.
* Client Meetings: Attend and contribute to client meetings.
* Budget Management: Control contract budgets ensuring effective management (operational and financial).
* Maintain and update company systems with up-to-date contact and activity details.
* Develop and present status reports, such as staff attendance, H&S Reports, KPI Reports, etc.
* Pursue opportunities to expand contracts and add additional revenue streams to existing contracts.
* Contribute to corporate initiatives as required.
Requirements:
* Experience in Contract Management in a B2B Service or Facilities business.
* 3+ years' experience in staff management.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to build relationships with clients.
* Flexibility and ability to travel to sites in South Dublin and GDA when required.
* Excellent attention to detail, planning, and strong organisational skills.
* Able to plan and prioritise workload ensuring tight deadlines are met at all times across a range of tasks.
* Experience of brief taking, proposal preparation, client meetings, and presentations.
* Experience of working in a similar role within the service or business-to-business sectors.
* Self-motivated, confident, and proactive.
* Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
