company established in, operating as a vital component of Egis Projects
Ireland. We hold the responsibility for the management of prominent
transportation infrastructure, including the Dublin Tunnel, Jack Lynch Tunnel,
and the Motorway Traffic Control Centre (MTCC), all commissioned by
Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII). Situated at the Dublin Tunnel Control
Building on East Wall Road, our team is committed to ensuring the efficient
operation and maintenance of these critical transportation assets.
Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a proficient and dedicated individual to join our
team as a Communications Administrator for the Motorway Operations
Control Centre (MOCC), situated at the Dublin Tunnel. As a Communications
Administrator, you will play an integral role within a collaborative team
focused on monitoring the motorway network, swiftly responding to
incidents, and serving as a central hub for communication with stakeholders.
The Motorway Operations Control Centre actively oversees the national
motorway network, utilizing an array of advanced CCTV systems, traffic
management tools, and incident response mechanisms.
Job description
As the Communications Administrator, your role will encompass a range of administrative
responsibilities to ensure the seamless functioning of the Motorway Operations Control Centre.
These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Engaging professionally with members of the public, effectively addressing their
inquiries and concerns.
Managing inbound calls and meticulously processing received information,
subsequently disseminating it to pertinent stakeholders.
Exhibiting adeptness in professional communication, encompassing the use of social
media platforms, the updating of relevant websites, and the active management of our
Twitter account when necessary.
Employing multiple internal systems to accurately log and monitor incidents, ensuring
an organized and efficient approach to incident management.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to uphold
professionalism in diverse communication channels.
Proficiency in handling inbound calls and efficiently processing information for
