We are seeking applications from energetic and enthusiastic individuals to fill the position of Shift Lead Manager.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be afforded all necessary training and development in line with the role.
Candidates must be highly motivated and creative, with a passion for engaging with Service Users on a daily basis.
Candidates will contribute to enriching the lives of our Service Users.
Role Objectives
The Role of a Shift Lead Manager is to provide support to the Person in Charge.
The shift lead manager will be responsible for:
* To ensure Personal Plans are up to date and that services are being always delivered to the highest possible quality and safety standards.
* Providing the highest quality of care and support to individuals.
* Supporting the Person in Charge, managing the team members to provide support to Individuals and coordinates the input required from other individuals such as members of the Clinical Team and other departmental supports, as required.
* Providing mentorship and leadership to the team daily.
* Overseeing the service 5/7, and as necessary, across shifts to ensure effective and efficient services are delivered within the centre.
* Ensuring adherence to local safety statements, risk assessments, and standard operating procedures.
* Maintaining the highest level of infection control standards as directed by company policy and national best practice guidance.
Requirements
Qualifications: Level 5 Fetac in Healthcare / Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline or working towards a Level 7/8 in Social Care.
Skills: Strong leadership skills, strong problem-solving skills and judgement making critical decisions and recommendations, capable of working within a fast-paced and flexible team, good listener and open to learning from others, excellent organisational skills/self-motivation/self-starter, excellent verbal and written communication and IT skills, dedicated, reliable and flexible approach to work.
Experience: Relevant life experience. Full Driver's Licence required or in the process of achieving a Full Driver's Licence.
