Our client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join their team of Business Analysts.

Qualification Requirements
* At least 2 years' experience within a consulting firm, industry or government organisation in the local, European or US market.
* Demonstrated continuous learning, including a third-level degree or equivalent in an IT-related area.
* Experience in one or more of our focus industries: Power & Utilities, Financial Services, Life Sciences, Health, TMT, and Government & Public Sector.
* The ability to effectively work across all phases of the project lifecycle.
* Experience performing analysis, consulting, and providing recommendations to clients.
* Good knowledge of relevant technology concepts (e.g. cloud, databases, Business Intelligence, software development and integration).
* Strong communication skills, prioritising, problem-solving, and interpersonal relationship building.
* Experience gathering, defining, and documenting business and solution requirements for IT systems enhancements, replacements, or introductions.
* Experience in Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.
Ideal Experience
* Functional Design experience.
* Analyzing systems and procedures, process design and modelling, documenting 'As is' and 'To be' assessments for a Target Operating Model.
* Performing gap analysis and collaborating on solution proposals, technical user manuals, system configuration documents, and other technical reports.
* Conducting workshops and interviews.
* Stakeholder Management and working collaboratively with Development and Testing teams to deliver high-quality solutions meeting client and user business needs.
* Large-scale business/technology programmes delivery experience.
