The Role The Scanning Supervisor is responsible for working closely with the operations team, key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support and deliver the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget and timing for operational projects to meet the strategic and tactical goals of the business.
This position reports to the local Operations Manager with associated travel as required to support the projects.
Key Responsibilities Support the Operations team in delivering key projects. Co-ordinate the Project team, ensuring project goals are reached within agreed tolerances for time and budget. Work with the management team to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the business. Accountable for the analysis, evaluation and support of mitigation steps for project risks. Facilitate regular and transparent communications with key stakeholders and clients, especially around project risks, issues and decisions. Produce accurate and timely reporting of project status throughout its life cycle. Work with team members with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities. Ensure consideration is taken of related areas including client satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance. Travel between facilities as and when required. Comply with all company policies, training and all relevant data protection legislation. Report any potential or actual security, environmental or health and safety incidents to your line manager and / or the OASIS Compliance team as soon as you become aware of them. Candidate Requirements Expertise and detailed understanding of project management is desirable but full training will be provided. Relevant industry experience preferred but not essential. Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and with people for whom English is not a first language. Good communication and presentation skills. Good task management skills, results orientated with a strong work ethic and demonstrated attention to detail. Working under pressure to deliver against a range of outputs simultaneously. Able to identify areas of weakness and recommend improvements. Must display OASIS values, mission and vision. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and willingness to learn new systems.
