Job description SPAR Tullow require an experienced Manager to manage their Supermacs Franchise.
The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of the restaurant, providing leadership to their team, dealing with the day-to-day operations, people management, food quality, scheduling, budgeting, and all aspects associated with successfully managing a restaurant.
This position will suit an individual who is highly motivated, hardworking with excellent communication and people management skills. Applicants will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience at supervisory level in the catering/hospitality sector, be able to work a 39-hour week.
Responsibilities include:
Managing up to 15 members of staffEnsure compliance with company standards, prioritising safety and qualityWork collaboratively with the team, treating all staff with respectFollow company guidelines and training in food preparation, production, and storageMaintain a professional image on and off the premisesProvide a warm and friendly service to customers consistentlyCollaborate with the management team to enhance customer engagement and daily revenueAdhere to and manage cash handlingPrioritise customer satisfaction throughout all shifts Job requirementsPeople Management skillsExcellent organisational and planning skillsStrong Customer ServiceStrong Knowledge of Food SafetyCommercial Awareness or good business acumenExcellent Communication skillsStrong Team PlayerLeadership skillsMotivation and motivation of othersAbility to work under pressure
