About this role: The purpose of the Commercial Real Estate Administrator is to assist with all day-to-day operational activities and reporting for the Commercial team. Working alongside the Commercial Asset Managers and Administrators, the administrator will ensure the relevant tracking systems are kept up to date, all ongoing activities are scheduled, requests are instructed, and all progress can be analysed and presented to all stakeholders. The Commercial Real Estate Administrator will support the Portfolio Managers and the wider Commercial Property team by conducting all administrative tasks and managing administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
* System management and maintenance
o Ensure all outputs and strategic decisions from borrower/3rd party meetings are accurately updated onto the system
* Customer Service and Relationship Management
o Maintain positive working relationships with agents, third parties, and the wider business to manage progress of Commercial Property team objectives
* Financial Administration
o Raise purchase orders and invoices as required and ensure signed off as appropriate
o Production of credit files and activate credit decisions on the system
* Management Assistance
o Collating information for weekly and monthly reports, and preparing documentation
o Performing multifaceted general office support including management of facilities for events as required by Commercial Property Team
o Responsible for administrative tasks for the CRE Workout
* Compliance through Risk Management
o Conduct all tasks in a manner compliant with all policies, procedures, regulatory and legislative requirements
Skills & Experience
* Relevant Business degree or equivalent qualification
* Excel (Intermediate)
* Knowledge/understanding of the Property market in Ireland (desirable)
* Relevant property management/administration qualification (desirable)
* Previous experience in financial services and/or property management (desirable)
