We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our growing Public Sector team which supports our fantastic clients across the Public & Semi State Sector. This is a growing team within Cpl’s Talent Evolution Group and possess an excellent opportunity for career progression for the successful candidate. This opportunity will involve supporting our Public Sector and Semi State clients in the management of their recruitment campaigns and competitions.
In this role we are looking for a team member who is client first and customer focused, you will be required to travel to client’s sites, mainly Dublin based locations, to support our clients with their recruitment needs.
In this role you will need to have excellent attention to detail, be proactive and happy to interact with our clients both in person and virtually. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will be working within a team, your main responsibility will be the administrative aspect of running recruitment campaigns and competitions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Working collaboratively with our public sector team and client’s teams to define hiring needs and timelines.
2. Monitor our dedicated client inboxes, responding to candidate queries in a timely manner.
3. Acknowledge and review candidate applications.
4. Assess candidates’ application forms, ensuing that they are fully completed and meet the essential requirements.
5. Prepare the relevant recruitment documentation.
6. Issuing correspondence to candidates.
7. Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
8. Provide a superior candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the full requirement journey.
9. Support the team with the management of our client’s recruitment lifecycle from end to end.
10. Schedule interviews and prepare the required documentation.
11. Note take at interviews when required both in person and virtually.
12. Attend regular client meetings and support with client reporting.
13. Engaging with candidates in a timely manner, answering any questions that they may have.
14. Other duties may be assigned as required.
Requirements for this role
15. Experience working within a recruitment or administrative role
16. Flexibility to attend client sites as required, mainly in Dublin City Centre
17. Good working knowledge of Microsoft tools, Teams, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
18. Enjoys working in a process orientated environment, appreciates the art of administration that will give structure to the recruitment campaigns and competitions that we are running for our clients

20. Demonstrates the flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a changing environment
