Opportunity for a Process Excellence Subject Matter Expert in large scale project, the role involves full autonomy to build and develop your own team and function
This senior role is responsible for executing the transformation and change agenda for operations. Considering employee, partner and customer journeys this role will look holistically at business processes to ensure ongoing reviews enable both continuous improvement and transformation, assessing efficiency and value to the business, evaluation of controls, and ideation to identify enhancement opportunities that contributes to organisational success.
Key Responsibilities Include:
· Investigate and develop a blueprint of current work processes using industry standard tools and techniques.
· Collaborate with Cost Effectiveness, Data Analytics & Governance Pillar to develop a risk assessment and business prioritisation framework that enables the effective evaluation of the As Is processes and identifies the most impactful areas of focus for process re-design
· Put forward considered recommendations for change or transformation using best practices such as Agile, LEAN and Six Sigma that will lead to substantial quantitative and measurable improvements in the area of focus
· Collaborate with the process owners and change management to facilitate the design, documentation, testing and embedding of all changes in a transparent and controlled manner
· Operate as a change agent driving a continuous business improvement philosophy across operations, promoting a better understanding and knowledge sharing of change methodologies
· Facilitate sound problem solving and decision making through the engagement of key stakeholders.
· Present recommendations for change to senior leadership clearly, concisely and effectively
· Establish relevant and realisable performance metrics to measure progress against goals and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes.
· Apply integrated systems thinking from vision to tactical activities, creating innovative optimized solutions.
· Be an inspirational leader, achieve success via the strength and talent of your team and take appropriate action to provide them with the platform and resources to be the best that they can be.
The Ideal Candidate:
· Senior manager with 10 years' experience leading teams through transformation, change management and continuous improvement programs.
· Excellent communicator, collaborator, and influencer
· Passionate about driving change and transformation leveraging best in class tools, methodologies and solutions
· Leads by example, promotes a safe and innovative learning environment, enabling both individual and team growth and development
· Qualifications in project/programme management
· Qualifications/experience in agile methodology
