Job DescriptionAramark Workplace Solutions are currently recruiting for a Technical Services Manager based at various key client sites in the greater Dublin area.
This role will support the Account Manager with the Hard Services elements of the contract delivery.Job ResponsibilitiesManage the efficient operation of the front line team onsite.Perform fault finding & equipment defect analysis as requiredCo-ordinate all Hard Services activities onsite via Aramark team and nominated 3rd party contractors.Ensure all maintenance activities comply with SFG20 standard.Utilise Aramark's Real-Time CAFM management system and planned maintenance schedule.Monitor and manage audit systems to ensure compliance with Aramark & client SLAs/KPIs.Management of ISO integrated management systems to ensure compliance with Aramark & AIB certifications to 9001, 14001,18001and 50001 standardsManage & ensure compliance to safe working practices as set out in the Aramark Safety Statement and other company safety rules .Manage the efficient operation of the operational service delivery and compile annual forward maintenance plans.Responsible for training schedules for all operational staff.Manage nominated contractors for performance and strategic fit to client operations as well as delivering to SLA/KPIs QualificationsA minimum of 5 years experience of outsourced service delivery within a high Quality, Customer facing environment.Primary qualification as electrician or electrical technicianTrack record in the co-ordination of Hard Services delivery in a customerStrong technical knowledge of mechanical, refrigeration, electrical and electronic systems.Demonstrable success in managing & leading front line operatives and TFM service deliveryExperience operating and delivering in a large variety and type of building environmentsDemonstrate strong financial acumen and ability to manage successfully in P&L environments and ability to understand and plan budgets
