Exciting opportunity for an experienced event executive or coordinator looking to expand their scope.

Reporting directly to the Business Development & Sponsorship Manager some of the responsibilities would include:
1. Collaborating seamlessly with internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless execution of the event.
2. Utilizing social media and other channels to generate a buzz and communicate important notices about programs.
3. Negotiating contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers to maximize value.
4. Managing the event budget, tracking event expenditure and logging incoming revenue.
5. Coordinating & managing service and venue providers, suppliers, tenders, quotes and contract negotiation.
6. Coordinating large quantities of data.
7. Collaborating on an appropriate PR & Comms strategy.
8. Coordinating all aspects of the event - production, design, entertainment, room setup, registration, event management and take-down.
9. Responding to event related queries on a daily basis.
Role requirements:
10. 3+ years’ experience an event management role/wedding co-ordinator
11. High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
12. High level of attention to detail essential
13. Friendly, approachable, and able to take direction
14. Can do attitude
15. Organised
16. Clear communicator
Additional qualifications:
17. Degree in Event Management is preferred (Business/Marketing related fields will be considered)
18. Driving licence & access to own transport is a plus
Salary for this role is negotiable based on experience.
