About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager to join our Food & Beverage team.
About You:
1. Minimum 1 year experience in the role of Food & Beverage Assistant Manager or similar role.
2. Good knowledge of food and drinks service standard.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the F&B operations.
2. Delivering exceptional customer service and inspiring your team to deliver the same exceptional standards.
3. Developing, training and coaching a reliable team and motivating them to a level of competence, clarifying and delegating direct responsibility of their role throughout each day or week.
4. Supporting the Food and Beverage Director to manage all overheads, stock, team schedules, labour control and all other elements affecting the profitability of the business in accordance with business targets and KPIs.
5. All cash handling, card transactions, banking and transaction/sales reporting.
6. Ensuring the correct and continual use of all company procedures, systems and documents.
7. Maintaining a safe and harmonious working and customer environment and ensure the highest standards of hygiene and health and safety.
8. Liaising with the Management team to ensure that service is of the highest standard.
