Working with the Team to ensure:
1. Compliance with the Food Safety requirements set by both the Company and Regulatory Authorities
2. Assisting in the overall Management of the Food Safety & Quality Management System at the Site.
3. Reporting to Senior Management any specific breakdown in the Food Safety & Quality Management System.
4. Aid with the maintenance of the HACCP based system on site.
5. Aid with the maintenance of Standards on site such as BRC, Bord Bia etc.
6. Internal audits.
7. Perform daily product testing / verification audits
8. Operating to prescribed protocols as set out under the Standard Operations Procedures
9. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Educated in a Food Related Discipline; however, other closely related disciplines may be considered.
2. Knowledge of HACCP, Internal Auditing, BRC.
3. Previous experience in a FMCG Production preferred but not essential.
4. Skilled in Computer use – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
