About the role This is a dynamic role for a HR professional who is passionate about talent acquisition and talent development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR with a focus on sourcing, attracting and nurturing talent and will play a key role in shaping the firm's workforce through the development and deployment of effective talent management processes.
Talent Acquisition:
Manage the recruitment process and life cycle for experienced hires, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
Manage external relationships with local 3rd party selection professionals and managed service providers.
Have strong commercial acumen to identify suitable quality candidates who can contribute to the future growth and success of RSM Ireland.
Develop Role Profiles & Job Descriptions with Line Managers - ensure hiring approvals are in place.
Leverage a wide range of candidate sourcing techniques and source candidates using multiple, cost-effective channels, utilising direct attraction methods and job boards to fill vacancies and build a candidate pipeline.
Maintain contact with candidates throughout the process (to include briefing of role profile, salary, benefits, outcome, next steps) to deliver a premium candidate experience.
Advise, coach and develop stakeholders on the recruitment policies, best practise, tools, processes, interviewing skills and on the most appropriate assessment tools to be used to ensure consistency in recruitment that adheres to best practice, is compliant legally and within Firm policy.
Assist in developing creative ideas and strategies to promote RSM in the community and actively promote the brand throughout the recruitment process.
Monitor candidate engagement throughout the selection process, identifying concerns and make recommendations for improvements Use data and tools to optimise our recruitment processes and maximise impact and success.
Talent Development:
Identify training needs and deliver tailored development programmes to upskill people aligned to career progressions plans.
Manage the learning platform to provide our people with learning resources and a community where they can share and feedback.
Develop the skills and capabilities of our qualified team with development and learning including coaching them on how to have regular and human career and development conversations.
Implement initiatives that encourage our people to take ownership of their own careers and learning, but providing them with a range of different options, resources, and experiences.
Use data and insight to help us understand what our people need, the impact of interventions, and develop a clear oversight of the organisation's capability.
Make recommendations for new approaches to Talent development - understanding market trends and how RSM can leverage external insights.
Manage performance review cycles and support managers in fostering a culture of continuous feedback and development.
Other:
Drive initiatives in the areas of wellness, engagement and culture.
Support the delivery of other HR services and projects as required.
About the ideal candidate The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: A degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology or related business discipline.
CIPD qualified is desirable but not essential.
4/5+ years' HR experience with particular focus on talent attraction and talent development.
Good project management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint.
An excellent relationship builder and communicator, with the ability to move between listening to, guiding and coaching others at all levels.
A good work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude and approach to work, and ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
